Part of my life challenge is never give up. Here I’m trying out a variation of the abs roller exercise. I owe this to my kids and grandchildren. Today was supposed to be a ‘rest day’, because my body needs it. However making promises to myself that I don’t seem to keep is another of my challenges so not a day goes by during the course of the week or a month which is completely free of exercise of sorts. The downside to all this is like just now 4 o’clock in the afternoon and I need to take a nap and replenish my energy after eating 1000 cal meal The first of the day after a 17 hour fast on a day that we decided I was going to have my breakfast at 7 am but instead had it at 2 pm. This is what intermittent fasting is all about and it works for me it’s all I can say.
