Ever gone to Braum’s for breakfast or a late-night shake and realized the timing was off? It happens a lot because not every Braum’s location follows the exact same schedule. Most stores open around 6 AM, which is great if you’re heading to work or need something quick in the morning.

But the important part is breakfast hours. Braum’s breakfast usually ends at 10:30 AM, and after that they switch to lunch and regular menu items. So if you love their breakfast burritos or hotcakes, it’s better not to cut it close.

Closing time can vary a little too. Most locations close somewhere between 10:30 PM and 10:45 PM, depending on the day and location. Holiday hours are also different, especially on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s.
