Absorption
Saw this video a few weeks ago, didn't make any conscious effort to practice it, but totally felt myself doing this last night while I was jamming. There is literally no end the the power of thought. Lately I have been wishing I had chosen to study sport psychology. I could have made the bigtime!!! Check out Faster's Soapbox (http://fastersoapbox.blogspot.com/) for lots of awesome stuff.
I did 27 laps in 4m03s tonight. And I did 33 laps in 5m.
This makes me happy. Also, I give credit to the new wheels I have. Faster Skates' Demilune wides- in love. I swear, they cut my time by like 30s at least. Last time I did the 25 in 5, which, granted, was a while ago, I'm pretty sure I got something like 4 and a half mins.
