ok ok so I just had a crazy idea. What If a small group of Faskaye went to a multiverse Masquerade Ball and got to dance with a bunch of people but then one of them gets in a tight situation with a stubborn person who wants them to take off their mask and doesn't realise that they can't and- yeah that's all I got. But like I can totally imagine Ziz and their crew parking outside the atmosphere and getting beamed down to the dance and getting drinks and stuff x3
Not crazy at all! In fact, this (both Masquerades and partying Ziz & crew) has happened before. Multiversal parties are a big deal, often seeing anywhere from a few dozen to thousands of guests, and can last days and weeks. Multiversal Masquerades are less common because they tend to be a little fancier and held for a purpose rather than a celebration or just having a good time, though they too regularly see hundreds of guests.
Faskaye aren’t the most common species around, and there are so many universes it’s safe to say the average person doesn’t know about their masks. So yes, a Faskaye has most definitely been at a party with a pushy guest who wanted to see under their mask. The Faskaye probably would’ve fled, or if it got physical, attempt to fight their way out. For a while afterwards, they’d be extremely anxious about anything coming near their face and mask.
On a lighter note, Ziz at a party! I’ve mentioned it before, but alcohol that gives all of the buzz but none of the hangover has been developed, and while some of the crew can be relied upon to get roaring drunk at parties, Ziz tries to abstain from drinking too much. However, if they do drink too much, they’re very, very, very giggly when drunk. They’ve been carried out of a party by a crew member more then once. Ziz is also fond of dancing, especially ballroom and partner dances.
