Ez a kollagĂ©ndĂșs, szakadĂĄsnak ellenĂĄllĂł, szalagszerƱ szövet körĂŒlveszi az agyat, csontokat, izmokat, valamint az egyes izomrostokat, Ă©s a belsĆ szerveket is összefogja.
RĂ©gebben a fascia kapcsĂĄn majdnem mindig a cellulitrĆl volt szĂł, alĂĄbecsĂŒltĂŒk Ă©s alig vettĂŒk figyelembe. MĂĄra mĂĄr megĂĄllapĂtottĂĄk, hogy ennek a hĂĄlĂłs rendszernek sokkal nagyobb befolyĂĄsa van testĂŒnkre. So this weekend I participated in a Fascia Training level 1 course, here is a little description what is this and why is it important.Â
A fascia (/ËfĂŠÊ(i)É/; plural fasciae /ËfĂŠÊii/; adjective fascial; from Latin: "band") is a band or sheet of connective tissue, primarily collagen, beneath the skin that attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and other internal organs.[1] Fascia is classified by layer, as superficial fascia, deep fascia, and visceral or parietal fascia, or by its function and anatomical location.
Like ligaments, aponeuroses, and tendons, fascia is made up of fibrous connective tissue containing closely packed bundles of collagen fibers oriented in a wavy pattern parallel to the direction of pull. Fascia is consequently flexible and able to resist great unidirectional tension forces until the wavy pattern of fibers has been straightened out by the pulling force. These collagen fibers are produced by fibroblasts located within the fascia.[1]
Fasciae are similar to ligaments and tendons as they have collagen as their major component. They differ in their location and function: ligaments join one bone to another bone, tendons join muscle to bone, and fasciae surround muscles and other structures.
âFascia trainingâ is currently taking the sport and fitness world by storm, whether it be in the form of books, research articles or special training tools like the popular foam roller.
A well-trained and well-integrated fascial net optimizes peak forces, as well as the coordination of detailed movements. It is not the joint receptors giving information about how the body behaves kinesthetically but the many receptors located in the fascia. That means not the skin is our biggest sensory organ but the fascia. With fascial training you can push your limits of performance. Some sportsmen say: âToday Iâve been able to give 110% of my capacityâ. Fascial trained sportsmen will answer: âI could give 140% and had lots of fun with it.â
