This video was shared in the coursera forums by Ryan D. Kearns re: Bram Stoker's Dracula (Unit 3)

I couldn't really follow Alice through the rabbit hole. Sorry. I was unable to connect with Alice or the story, and I just became annoyed to the point that if I had to go to Wonderland, I'd bring a flamethrower with me. 

I'm happy to say I'll be starting with Bram Stoker's Dracula early.

I'll still watch the videos about the Carroll books to see if I can understand a bit more about the stories and see - to paraphrase Alice - what an ignorant little girl they'll think me for disliking them.

Results are in. 7 people graded my essay so I'm quite happy about the amount of feedback.

It's mostly about using sentences that are too long and don't express my ideas clearly. Also about making sure my thesis and my conclusion match more closely and about having more examples. One person did not understand my point so I must make sure I am more explicit about what I want to say.

I will keep these things in mind for the next one. Even though the word limit was an issue for me and I had to cut many things from the essay.

The students in the course have been kind enough to gather some writing help for us ESL students.
