Just saying.

First I want to say thank you and apologize to the people who replied I should have labeled the complaint towards antis. I was really heated when I made the initial submission and didn’t think about my wording.

Secondly, to the person who mentioned Japanese feminism - I am fully aware both Japan and the manga industry have its issues regarding the treatment of women. My complaint, however, was specifically about how a lot of adult female antis will complain/accuse Momo and characters like her of being “gooner pedo-bait” because of her design when it’s a comic aimed at teens (as well as teenage boys who likely just discovered they enjoy boobs), so naturally the female characters are going to reflect that appeal. MHA and similar manga have their issues, but that it managed to attract many fans outside its demographic doesn’t change the fact that it’s Shounen, and Shounens are normally aimed at teenagers and not adult female antis. If it’s going to be a problem for them that Momo’s costume is “revealing”, then they need to maybe find works that will appeal to them or meant for their demographic to enjoy (which likely won’t be many, but more power to them).

Thirdly, to the person with the removed replies - buddy, friend, go out and touch grass please. You clearly need the outside time.

Superhero media as a whole is mostly created for Men so Female Supes are usually going to be depicted in revealing.

But also... there are reasons to dislike the BnHA uniforms like... why does Yaoyorozu have a shelf on her butt... imagine having to sit down with a shelf on your butt...
