Small rant. Can people stop using the āsignal boost/boostingā tags the wrong way? Itās for people who are facing eviction, or have a sick dog and need to pay vet bills, basically someone facing a literal real life EMERGENCY. But some people get the idea itās for trivial fandom stuff like Super Smash leaks. Itās not, never has been and never will be. Stop it. That tag should be going to the posts that actually need exposure. So someone who can afford to help WILL help. Use a tag like āfandom boostā or something.

ANYONE AND EVERYONE what are the rumours circulating about Ben Solo??? I just saw an update from girlswithsabers and I am dearly wanting to know what this is about? Not the Mike Zeroh rumours either...

Fandom Boost
So thereās a grassroots effort springing up around boosting other content creators in your fandom(s) of choice and I want to get in on the action because itās so, so important to the life of the fandom.
So Potter-heads, Iād like to rec @blvnk-art for some really FANTASTIC Harry Potter fanart both canon and headcanon wise. (Thereās also a NSFW sideblog if youāre into that sort of thing.) Iām particularly attached to their Ginny headcanon, which is absolutely lovely.
Star Wars people! Iām not big in the fanfiction scene over there but I dabble in some Stormpilot when the mood strikes, and in that vein, @goddammitstacey has a great series response to some Tumblr prompts here: http://archiveofourown.org/series/532552 (these are NSFW!!) hot hot hot and the characterization is (IMO) very good!
Finally GW people (cause thatās generally where I hang my hat) - Iām kind of obsessed with The Last Romanov by The Manwell. (http://archiveofourown.org/works/6314458) I mean, first of all, 2x3 is, in my heart of hearts, my OTP, so this is quintessential 2x3 IMO. Plus itās absolutely filthy hot smut, and thatās never a no from me. But itās got a lot of excellent character development you donāt usually see in one shot NSFW fics. Duo is vulnerable, Trowa is emotionally transparent, and they both still maintain that edge of badassery thatās essential to Gundam Pilot character in general. (Dark edgy Duo is ALWAYS my jam, but drunk!Trowa is quite adorable here).
So! This is my fandom boost of the day! I hope you find something you like!!
POETRY RECS
So for one of my theatre classes I have to bring a poem to class to build a performance around. Something between 10 and 25 lines and it can be from ANYWHERE. I reeeeeally want something with an ACOMAF feel to it, even some fan poetry perhaps (the writer WILL get credit if I find something along these lines).
