For today's #jewelryoftheday I'm reposting these. I don't feel like I gave them enough attention when I first posted them. Or I babbled about something else and didn't do them justice? Or when I go into detail about a piece people appreciate it more and notice all the details, etc. Like here where I made little loops of bronze and pale yellow seed beads on red thread, can you see it? I made similar loops with pale gold crinkly bullion on another bracelet the one at the bottom. Also mother-of-pearl buttons with vintage decals AND touches of gold leaf cuz why not? Scraps of old lace, delicate cotton and silk, bits from an old hippie skirt from India and grey and white seersucker which I got recently making pants into cut offs when the weather got warm. So people seemed to really like the deer and otter earrings and they sold, but there's more! Like this rabbit and badger pair. I'm telling you these decals I found are amazing. Not meyercord, easier and better. I'm thinking of doing a tutorial all about them. And like how to break down and process tin boxes.
