Barbara Benedetti as the alternative Seventh Doctor
I'm not going to cover every fan Doctor, for reasons of peace and sanity, but here comes a few.
Barbara Benedetti played the Doctor in a series of films by Seattle International Films, beginning with "The Wrath of Eukor" in 1984. In this, she had recently regenerated from the Sixth Doctor.
The first female Doctor on film, Benedetti regenerated into an Eighth Doctor played by Michael Santo.

Never had any experience with them, we need to talk about Smith's second costume being an inferior riff on the Vox Dei Doctor's outfit though. Sad. Warsmith looks fun, but also like a guy who's way too into Hammond Organ trivia.

The TDWP Doctors
Since 1999, the Canadian fanfic series The Doctor Who Project, run by Bob Furnell, has been releasing novella-length stories for an alternative universe of Doctors. The basic idea was to imagine if Doctor Who hadn't been cancelled in 1989 but had continued being made.
The series began with Season 27, featuring the last couple of adventures for the Seventh Doctor before regenerating him into a new Eighth Doctor. Now the series is beginning Season 43 featuring the brand new Eleventh Doctor.
Each Doctor was "played" by a fictitious actor, but based on a real person's image as a starting point. The TDWP Eighth Doctor was based on an unknown model (on the right in the anniversary image), the Ninth Doctor on Basil Rathbone (left) and the Tenth Doctor on Swiss actor Vincent Perez (middle).
Edit: the official TDWP Eleventh Doctor has been revealed as "Winston Adderly."

Tony Garner as the Second-and-a-halfth Doctor
From the fanfilm Devious, which began filming in 1995 and will never, ever be finished, Tony Garner plays an interim incarnation between the Second and Third Doctors, due to his passing similarity to both Troughton and Pertwee.
It might never be finished, but Devious does feature Pertwee in his last ever performance as the Doctor and what exists made it onto the DVD release of The War Games.

Rupert Booth as the Timebase Doctor
Pictured here with his vampire companion Amaryllis, Booth's Doctor starred in five serials by Timebase Productions, beginning with "Regenesis" in 1994. Some of the best fanfilms of the nineties, including one written by Virgin NA and BBC books author Kate Orman, Timebase films were popular with fans back in the day, but are sadly tricky to find online. Booth's Doctor also appeared in short stories and a comic strip in charity publications such as "Walking in Eternity."

Michael Sagar as the Kiwi Doctor
Sagar played the Doctor in a stage production of Seven Keys to Doomsday in New Zealand in 1984. Technically he's a fan Doctor but the production was fully licensed by the BBC.
Riley notices just how much he's changed since he first stepped into the TARDIS. Running away from monsters has made him fitter, leaner - he's even starting to develop muscles. Not only that, but he's not hiding between a gender neutral hairstyle and cut it into something that HE likes. And, he's now confident enough to walk around with his shirt off. The 45th century top surgery helped a lot with that....
While exploring the sleeping Silurian city in Wales, the Enby Doctor is ambushed by a lone Silurian. Little do they know this boy will be their next companion...
The Long Hair Doctor works alone in an abandoned building, trying to analyse photos of the creatures that has been haunting the surrounding town. Some kind of shadow that doesn't like being seen. So when he realises the creature is watching him, he doesn't turn around. But he's still friendly

Zaid and Andro have a unique relationship. Zaid likes teasing Andro about his uptight manner and lack of street smarts. And Andro tends to try and teach Zaid whenever he doesn't know something. They get on each other's nerves. But they care about each other too....they could almost be brothers.
"You...can...fly..." A throwback to my days on DeviantART. Tai was a human, Jurra was an alien and they both travelled with the 8th Doctor. At first Tai had adventures as usual, exploring new worlds and times with the Doctor (And Lucie at one point), then when Jurra appeared in the TARDIS, the adventures centred around getting Jurra home, and forming a brotherly bound with him along the way....
