It's hot and bright and there was half a melon in the freezer. So I made a melon faludeh. I am also a little in love with rose water, so this gave me an excuse to use some.
Water, frozen melon, rose water syrup to taste. All blended up. The syrup I made by cooking sugar and water on the stovetop and then adding rose water and lime juice and cooking some more. Recipe from Food of Life.
