He stood straight again and went to disappear into the kitchen, leaving the service door propped open so he could continue to talk. After what he'd heard about Ten, he was livid and confused. But he wanted to talk this out anyway. At least get some sort of an explanation.

this must be some kind of joke. ji-hun pauses outside a pair of automatic doors, hopping aside before the sensor can pick up his presence. he doesn't need to get scolded for loitering, but his stomach turns, frowning behind a black face mask as he leans against cool brick. fingers lift, pinching the bill of his ball cap and pulling it down. further and further, hiding his eyes.

damn, he hates getting nervous. it only makes him hotter. good thing he wore a black shirt underneath his jacket. ji-hun sighs. why did he think this was okay? and who in the world still goes on blind dates in the modern era? why can't they just text, so he can disappear if he needs to?

...that was a dick thought.

and it'd be a dick move to stand a girl up here, especially since his mom already knows.

alright, alright. fine.

ji-hun removes his mask, stuffs it into dark jeans, and hesitantly takes off his cap. after rustling his hair, he takes a begrudging glance in the window, scowls, and heads inside.

the cafe's interior is. . .cute. is that a weird word? potted plants of varying sizes claim every corner and aisle, allowing separation between rounded tables. most of the patrons are girls—great—and he ducks sudden stares, finding a table away from the crowd. he's ten minutes early. maybe with luck, she'll think he's ugly and turn around.

until then, he buries his face into his phone.
