More goth-rock from Oakland which is currently experiencing a punk resurgence. Unlock and open all three doors to reveal an amazing noisy cosmos which gives away all knowledge of being. Several razor-sharp edges of silvery dissonant “Cardinal Cross” cuts and bleeds open endless space that pours singing frequencies. “Exhale” slows it down slightly with a more spilled-out melodic manner but just as damaging and deafening. False Figure’s 7″ is to be played at the highest volume. No exceptions, no excuses.
