In these delicious cookies, enjoy the cozy flavors of butterscotch and apples with a pudding-infused twist. Perfect for fall or whenever you want a warm, comforting treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup butterscotch chips. 1 cup diced apples. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 box 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix. 2 eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 tsp cinnamon. 1/2 tsp nutmeg. 1/4 tsp allspice. 1 cup old-fashioned oats.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on baking sheets. Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar and white sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Mix in the instant pudding mix by beating it in well. It will be smooth after adding the eggs and vanilla extract. Put the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice in a different bowl and mix them together with a whisk. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add the apple dices, butterscotch chips, and old-fashioned oats, and mix them in. Place spoonfuls of dough on the baking sheets that have been prepared. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. Serve and have fun!
