It's okay to randomly fall back into old mental pattern, to let old fears and insecurities take back control sometimes. Just remember all that you have done to see those things differently, the days in which they couldn't touch you. Remind yourself this is only an old habit talking, and that you can make it, you can change it all, you can change the way you think about yourself or any other problem. It's all in your hands. Take a time out, take a breath, and then sit with this fears and talk with them. Realize that they are just your mind trying to "protect" you from the unknown and new, from the different. But there's nothing you need protection from. It's all good.
