This is probably the project I'm proudest of this year. Its a wool bomber jacket based on a pretty standard harrington bomber jacket I have at home. The outside fabric is pieced together leftover wool from other projects, and the inside is a light green cotton-polyester-mix I had laying around. I didn't buy anything new for this jacket and its fits me phenomenally well, I can even get 1-2 sweaters under it without problems, so it's the perfect fall jacket.

Ready Out Now
Finished the mushroom project except the back. I tend to wait until I have a pile of work to do the backs of because it's boring.
I think it turned out well overall. The moons aren't perfect but I don't care anymore.
I'm working on this project now from The Hoop in Hand on Etsy. There's a whole series, this is the fall/autumn one. There is also spring, summer, and winter versions of this. I do actually already own the summer pattern and winter is on my list to buy.
I don't love the spring one, I'm not sure exactly why, but I might buy it anyway and just... Figure out something to do with it so I like it more. We'll see. Love the other 3 though, absolutely gorgeous.
People make jokes about shifting into soup mode for fall... But I shift back into a huge pile of unfinished projects and usually make a few new things as well.
This is all stuff I started or wanted to last year. The Halloween rainbow is now on its 3rd year unfinished 😬 The little leaf is actually done but needs the back done. I've got things started, eventually I'll do them all... Probably?
Here's all the projects I've not yet started but definitely want to. The pastel goth one in the upper right is just a drawing and came with no colors, and honestly I wouldn't use these colors anyway but I love it so I'm going to have to work out a color palette for it.
The log is another one where I will need to figure out colors. Everything else I'm pretty much planning to do as it is. I never get around to everything but this is everything I'm currently feeling very inspired by.
Also note that I typically do a mix of easier projects and things I don't actually know how to do so that I won't go completely insane. When the more difficult projects get the better of me I swap to something easy. Also the reason the rainbow isn't finished still is because it's intensely boring to stitch and I keep doing things that keep my attention better instead.
