So when I started this project, I wanted to make starters, but sadly none of the corrupted gems fit because there wasn't one associated with fire, and the water ones were weak. SO I gave up on that (hence why there have been no dex numbers), but as I worked more on this project, I decided to SCREW IT ILL RETCON THE STARTERS. So yes, the opal, sugilite, and sardonyx line are the starters and just slightly fit their new typing. Dopal uses sticks and vines for their bows. Sugifight is so angry they burn hot, and Sarprise uses water to form her magic! Makes sense! Kind of. Also people have suggested making the original Crystal gems into the starters AND THERE IS A VERY GOOD REASON WHY THAT IS NOT THE CASE.

This is a Steven universe and Pokemon crossover project. The idea is to make the creatures, gems, and monsters from SU into pokemon, which yes includes giving the original creature a pokemon dex entry as if it were a pokemon.
