I tried to take a more poetic take on some of the lines here! So here’s some stuff I’d like to point out!

雨音 Valentine amaoto Valentine A rainy tuned Valentine

I took some liberties with the title and the translation of this because the lyrics don’t come off as something inherently sad, like heartbreak sad. The rain is used as a metaphor to describe the scenery and not the emotion of the song. I wanted to bring the sound part of the word into this and settled with calling it Rainy Tune Valentine. 

Rain Sound Valentine would make for a great title but won’t sound well in the translation of the lyrics! Take it as you may as this in an unofficial translation after all!

水心あれば 君の心次第 mizugokoro areba kimi no kokoro no shidai If you want to return the favor, it’ll depend on your heart

水心 (mizugokoro) can also mean “know how to swim,” but that would sound a little weird with the theme of the song, so I used “return the favor” which was another meaning of the word, but also comes from the expression “if the water is kind to the fish, the fish will be friendly to the water too (mizugokoro areba uogokoro).” It’s more like if you do something for others, they’ll pay you back. 

I picked this because it had the hint of returning ones feelings in the song, mutually.

涙香る街 君が眠っても namida kaoru machi kimi ga nemutte mo Even if you close your eyes on this tear filled street

涙香る街 (namida kaoru machi) in translation means “tear scented street,” which in English would probably be a little weird to use as a description cause TEARS DON’T HAVE A SCENT USUALLY. So I picked to use tear filled to convey the the idea of it filling up an area.
