Last week I failed the biggest exam of my life… I sat for the CFP® EXAM and failed. Within my industry, this is a significant designation. Many of my peers hold this designation and helps create an elevated baseline of knowledge and regulation. This is important for me to share- To share my failure. To share my realness. To share turbulence. With my peers AND my clients. Grateful for my successes, but more grateful for what I’ve learned from my failures. i'm doing good! we have an academic ease this week so we have lectures but no submissions and tests and i'm going to use it to catch up with lessons and sleep!
as for exams... HAHAHA that was a rollercoaster. i did pretty well in the first ones, passed the ones in the middle and almost failed the last one if only the passing rate wasn't maintained at 65% 😭 aaaaaaaa that's why i'm going to be better for the next ones to come 💪🏻
aside from that, i am SUPER devastated bc hospital playlist is over. i watched it last year when the pandemic started and it was kind of the highlight of my week, something i looked forward to. but when 2nd year started, it was what got me through each hell week so now, WHERE AM I GOING TO GET THAT?

okokok i think i'm team taichi only bc i feel like chihaya's love for arata stems from this ideal ver of him instead of who he truly is (i mean they spent so much time apart, what does chihaya even know about arata truly??). don't get me wrong, i've really loved his development thus far, but after watching s3 i think it's only solidified my love for taichi even more- i mean his whole arc has just been *chefs kisses*. buuut if we're being honest here, i think murao (for me though, not chihaya) has my heart for whatever reason, and i truly truly truly can't even describe why LOL.
but seriously though, i think i watched the whole series three times back to back because i couldn't get enough. even the cadence of the karata readings were echoing in my dreams AHAHA (and embarrassingly so, my mom definitely caught me practicing my arm swings omg)
yes! team taichi all the way! but 🥺 sometimes i get anxious with all that's happening in the manga so far. it seems that taichi is distancing himself so much from chihaya and karuta and 🥺 aaaaa i mean ofc i'd respect the author if she chooses not to have chihaya end up with anyone at the end. and maybe it's just me wanting to ship the two until the end. but 🥺🥺🥺 i really do hope taichihaya becomes canon! and aaaaaa murao! such a soft character.
yeah! hahaha i even used to watch karuta matches on yt just to see how it'd look like in real life. and i tried to study the hyakunin isshu too! but hahaha i suck at japanese.

and omg yes! chihayafuru lover!!! i love everything about it! it's not rushed. it has sports, romance, literature! aaa the literature! it's poetically and aesthetically pleasing. and the growth of the characters was beautifully narrated.
i have to say, i'm a taichi girl. i'm really a sucker for the hard workers and non-geniuses (ehem oikawa tooru). and ofc he's a looker. hbu? taichi or arata?
aaaaa chihayafuru keeps me on my toes. it's kind of a slow pacer in the world of manga/anime. like i thought the production of material for it was over after the s1 anime, but then there was the movie, the s2 and then other movies. gotta say, it makes me a happy girl. but it is sad to see that there aren't a lot of people who are hooked on it. it's really a masterpiece. aaaaa for s3, i say let's have faith. and a loooooot of patience ☺️
