Ciao doc. Ho ereditato dal ramo materno della famiglia la tendenza ad avere (parecchie) cisti sebacee in testa, sotto il cuoio capelluto (ma ovviamente fuori dal cranio). In pratica ho la testa piena di bozzi. Sono innocue, ma dato che non fanno altro che crescere possono diventare fastidiose. Ne ho fatte asportare un tot, ma ogni volta all'ospedale mi rapano un'area grande come il palmo della mano, che è una scocciatura. Esistono alternative alla chirurgia?
Purtroppo no, a meno che non trovi un dermatologo che accetti di inciderle quando sono ancora in fieri.
