Took a few suggestions on the Fae build. I also fused another into her. I'm still hoping for Spring Alfonse but maybe then I can get more fae in the mean time. I'm gonna wait to spend on the legendary banner though since odds are increased. Maybe there I can pull a male Morgan as well and possibly replace Tharja. I'm running out of feathers sadly but I'll save up more for a good IV Morgan.
Here's my first build. It's unfinished, as I still need to add quick riposte 3 and fury 3, but here it is. The IVs are -spd/+def for added tanking.
