This is weird. It's so narrow and unappealing.

I don't know, it's just so weird. What a depressing pool.

This is a ground floor unit, which is rare, and different from the others. Enter thru a hallway and down a few stairs where they've made a little bar in the corner of the main living area. Love that bar made of old barrels.

The hall is covered in lovely designer wallpaper.

This is the most lofty looking area with the brick walls. The conversion is visible, though- the brick on the bottom doesn't match the top. I would've liked the windows to be lower, too. I feel boxed in.

If the kitchen is going to be out in the open, I like that they recessed it.

Across the way the huge space can accommodate as large a dining room as you'd like, with room to spare for a sitting area.

It's a lovely bath, but I just don't like the bricks.

More designer wallpaper and lovely floor tile in the shower.

This would be the 2nd bedroom that is entered from the main hall. If you're wondering where the bed came from, it's a Murphy bed. (I thought I was seeing things.) It's in front of the door, though, when the bed is down.

Down on the ground, this pavilion houses BBQs.

Would this be considered brutalist, or does it also have to have metal and cement furniture? In any event, it's minimalist and artsy.

They made a small sitting room in this area.

Those are the only rooms on the ground floor and you have to go upstairs for the main living area. The door opens to the patio.

Interesting wall. Bath #1 is a 1/2 bath.

The fireplace is very nice. A lot more furniture can fit in here, if you don't like the minimalist look and not much lighting.

I expected the kitchen to be bigger. Looks like compact modular units.

Behind that black wall there's a closet.

Doors open to an upper patio from the bedroom, and there's a lower patio that opens from the stairs. 3,306.2 sq ft lot.

So, they call that room on the first floor the gallery and the smaller sitting area is a flex space.

It looks like it could've been some sort of a venue, which would be an income producing live/work situation. When you walk in, it has surfaces covered by architectural salvage tin ceilings, in a reception area, I think.

Steel girders hold up a silvery ceiling and there appears to be a dance floor with lovely faux Wisteria hanging down from a pergola.

Then there's a grass shack with storm windows. Isn't that interesting?

I like this wall made of old doors. You can rent it out as a fun venue, but it would make the coolest living space.

Look at the recycled wood and corrugated metal walls.

I don't know what you would do with this bonus space. It has beautiful stick walls and would make a good workshop. Maybe even a studio.

The 2nd floor is just as large as the 1st, but it's empty so it looks more vast. It would make a great loft apt. It has a silvery Victorian ceiling.

Oh, look, they left a fun sign in the bathroom. There's a urinal, too.

We're going up again, and I'm hoping the residence is up there.

Oh, very nice. If those are the doors to the residence, look at all the free space out here.

If you ever wanted a really big kitchen, this is it. Look at the cabinetry and built-ins.

There's a nice desk here.

Now, here's a sitting area by folding barn doors.

Look at that, the office is like a little building and has privacy.

This is nice- the floor is done and there's some beautiful exposed brick.

It's reasonably priced for such a huge building. If you had lots more money, it has potential. I would definitely make the 2nd fl. a loft apt. , too.

Very pretty stained glass doors. The beams are probably original to the old factory.

This isn't the art gallery, but this 1st floor sitting area looks like one.

Someone actually climbed into this old freight elevator shaft to hang pictures, b/c it's been enclosed in glass.

The living room has lovely marble floors and is light and bright.

At first I thought that wall was wallpaper- so many colorful books.

How did they get the cabinets to stay up w/o making the walls crumble?

I like the yellow lower cabinets.

If it doesn't have it, I would do a few coats of flat polyurethane on the backsplash to make it more durable.

The half bath has a separate toilet room. I wonder if they put up the wall. It could've been much different when it was a factory.

Laundry room is also a pantry.

The 2nd bd. is being used as a library, and it has an en-suite, as well.

Nice 3 piece, but nothing fancy.

I like the private back yard with the old brick patio and small gardens.

I would love to have this, it's my kind of place.

I mean, the entrance is cute, but they've got it all furnished. The buyer has to picture their own stuff in here. Like, my furniture doesn't look like this.

Wow, this is very industrial. Looks like they just sprayed it white, put in some new plumbing, and let it go at that.

The large faux fireplace built for a modern electric unit looks weird to me.

Interesting exposed and broken brick on the wall. The paint covers the details up, though.

According to the description, the loft can be used as a 2nd bedroom.

The kitchen was recently refreshed. I like the black cabinetry, but it looks like they painted over outdated oak cabinets and added new hardware.

I still say this fireplace looks strange. Like a giant piano.

They've got a lot of stuff in here.

The 3 pc. bath is nice, but small, and you have to walk thru the bedroom to get to it.

They do have a 2nd bedroom in the loft and it's big enough for 2 large beds.

The complex is bigger than I thought.

I thought it was the 1st unit, but it may be the last. It's on the banks of a muddy looking North Oconee River, but I like how the property curves. The woodsy opposite shore must look nice in summer.
