It has a very sunny living room, and you can go out on the little round porch, but it has to be through the window.

They currently use the far end corner as storage and there're stackable laundry units in the closet.

The pocket doors are great for privacy. There's an original fireplace.

And, there's a new bath. I know that NOLA prices are high, but this unit is so small, and has a hefty monthly HOA fee.

Finally, there's a nice private patio.

And, there's a park in the area.
