It has a very sunny living room, and you can go out on the little round porch, but it has to be through the window.

The large space is a living/dining room combo.

Pocket doors separate this space from the next room, which is the bedroom.

Lots of storage. I like the glass front cabinets.

They currently use the far end corner as storage and there're stackable laundry units in the closet.

The pocket doors are great for privacy. There's an original fireplace.

And, there's a new bath. I know that NOLA prices are high, but this unit is so small, and has a hefty monthly HOA fee.

Finally, there's a nice private patio.

And, there's a park in the area.
