Face Base Primer – I found this product to be okay, it does the job making my makeup stay in place. The texture of the primer is very smooth like a moisturiser. It is also very easy to apply on your face, a fingertip of product should be enough to cover your whole face. Overall the product is quite good TIP: make sure you allow the primer to dry before applying foundation and concealer.
NYX Concealer - I love this product as soon as I tried it in store. The product neutralises the redness that appears on the face. The consistency of the product is very creamy and very easy to blend giving it a natural feel and doesn’t get cakey when you add my concealer on top, this concealer is great for those who are looking to hide redness fast.
NARS Foundation – This foundation is my holy grail! I have oily skin meaning it’s hard for me to find a foundation that can stay on my face all day long. The texture is so smooth it glides on with ease with my foundation brush. It makes me face look completely matte, the look that I like because I want to hide my oily complexion. It has a longevity of about 8 hours or so for me which is really good!
Savvy Pressed Powder – This powder is great to seal in my foundation and giving my foundation a setting coat, allowing it to absorb the oil that builds up throughout the day. It is a bargain for what you pay for, however use only a little bit: cheeks, nose, chin and forehead and sweep from there, as it does give a little of a white colour to your face.
Maybelline Contour Palette – I am a very big fan of this product, the pigment of the contour is rich in colour giving my cheeks and nose that chiselled look, making me face look slimmer.
Chi Chi Brow Pomade – A little product goes a long way, I would recommend this product if you have used pomade before, as you will need a light hand to apply the right amount of product to your brows. It is extremely pigmented, giving you the fullness brow look. This product glides on like butter, I would recommend a stiff brow angle brush to apply the pomade to get a clean and natural look and also make sure you com or brush out the product so it doesn’t look to drawn on. It is a great product for the price and this will last you a year or more depending on how much product you will use.
