Toronto is treating it's heritage buildings with disrespect, demolishment or facadomization ... historic designation seems to not account for much in this battle... developers are winning... let us keep an eye on all of ... in the case of this building, "The applicant is proposing a 48-storey residential building with a two-storey mixed use podium that incorporates portions of the existing heritage building.
