3am so this is gonna sound like a bad idea in the morning but- for the few folks who were in the tegaki facade RP-- any passing interest in resuming it/picking up something similar (namely low-mid fantasy, dnd type setting) as a tumblr text(/optional art) RP? not really sure how tumblr RP works but a) craving RP like nobodies business, b) tumblr is something that everyone frequents on a regular basis for their own blogs which makes it more likely to get/see replies as opposed to the perfect procrastination excuse "oh I'll just go to the forums/site/whathaveyou later" etc, (trust me i do this) and c)... idk just seems like it could maybe be a cool idea. thinking it could be run a few hybrid ways--DM'd main plot as it was originally intended (granted I'm not one of the founders so they'd have to be down for this, or new plot could be written up, especially in the case of using an alternative setting--I'm using facade more or less as the example to shoot for except without tegaki as the toxic medium) as well as DM prompts for drabbles/side quests/AUs, optional things/situations to use your characters in to keep group activity up. honestly I'd even be down to "DM" live chat/Skype?? sessions where the main plot gets forwarded for a few hours once a week (if someone can't make it their character is either not present or present but unable to influence anything--that can be worked out on a by-session thing, retcons can be worked out during the week if the character really would have done something etc). essentially thinking it's be sort of a loose dndesque hybrid writing... activity. leaving the dice rolling and stat blocks on the wayside, focusing more on interactive storytelling/character building?? hit me up with messages or reblog and blather at me if interested/if this makes any sense, it being 3am and all.
