You choose your fabric, style (pleated/fitted) and either elastic loops or fabric ties. Every mask comes with a nose-wire and a pocket for a filter. There are LOTS of color and pattern options (including some solids!) plus lots more information about sizing and pick-up options for those of you local to Madison, WI.
