a little bit of both! back in the day i tried to write a fic where wakasagihime befriended cirno and all of her friends and they loved her like a big sister, but kagerou being as socially awkward as she is didnt really know what to do.. kagerou likes kids to some degree but secretly just wants wakasagihime to dote on her (ofc, she’d be able to move past this when they have their own children)

Kyouko headcannons?
i’m a bit tired of Kyouko headcanons but ok
OUTFITS
Regular outfit is soft and fuzzy. Ichirin made it for her with the style of the Temple Disciple’s outfit in mind and the fuzziness of a yamabico.
Kyouko also has formal clothes. A bit like Byakuren’s formal monk attire, but for beginner ranks of course!.
Kyouko’s leather outfit is 100% fuzzy but also 100% punk. Ichirin made it for her too! And she basically commissioned her the outfit + Mystia’s outfit. When? Who knows. What did she think of that? Ichirin didn’t think of that.
Kyouko has a preference for mountain walks. She has a pretty advanced orientation when walking in the mountains. However, in forest or in town, she is TERRIBLE, even with a map. Help this poor soul.
She can’t mimick other people’s voices yet. But one day she will! She hasn’t matured enough.
Kyouko’s sense of smell is terrible, since Yamabikos aren’t relying on odors that much. So they don’t even bother to call her for cooking. However, for trash...
