A couple weeks back I didn't feel like actually working on a WIP which deals with some drivers who karted together in the early 2010s, but I was going through something and needed a distraction, so instead I opted to numb my brain with obsessive research into trivialities. The end result was this document on F1 drivers who karted with one another (+ some bonus Lower Formulas) and in which years/series - note that it's limited to Alex, Pierre, Charles, Esteban, George, Carlos, Lance, and Max, running from 2009 to 2013.
It looks like more work than it was, because it was mostly copy/pasting stuff from Wikipedia (which is why the placements and teams are included, otherwise I would not have bothered lmao) and cleaning up rows. The driver matrix and year-by-year driver matrices are intended to be the main points of reference if you need to do a quick check on "did X and Y race each other in year Z".
Tbqh this was probably overkill, and I kinda believe that RPF writers are best served by treating this level of lore accuracy as an optional ingredient to use when it's suited to the flavour of the story. But! For better or for worse I did it.
