Bio: F-77 is a weapons and environment scenario beta tester, which means he is one of the many humans who have been digitized by the weapons and air craft manufacturer, WWTG, in order to test theoretical designs and scenarios without the risk of unnecessary casualties. Once digitized, all subjects, including F-77 , were given the Call Numbers which defined their "File" in which all of their data was stored - giving the Subjects the ability to die and respawn from a navigation point similar in modern day video games. Walter was assigned the Call Number F-77 and was thence forth called only by his number.

During his time in WWTG, F-77 tested and survived a total of 8,551,897,417 training simulations that ranged from simple gravity tests to complex battle, infiltration and escape scenarios that varied from building complexes and wild terrain to arenas and death races where only the winners survived until the next race. Due to being digitized, F-77 died in the scenarios approximately 589 times before he made his escape and dedigitized himself. 

Due to his time in the WWTG systems however, his body radiates a level of electricity akin to radiation that becomes lethal to those exposed to him for extended periods of time. To combat this, F-77 gathered necessary materials and crafted himself an assortment of clothing that contains much of the new energy his body now emits. 

Misc: Due to his time in the WWTG systems, parts of F-77's body (as indicated by the light blue marks) glows and radiates the radiation-like energy his body now produces. Also, because he spent so long in the system, F-77 no longer remembers his original name. However, he likes the sound of "Walter" and so will occasionally use it as his given name.
