So I recently went on a second date with this dude "M" and he bluntly told me that he basically fell head over heels for someone he met in Ireland. Apparently its a mutual feeling and they still talk to this day. He met him this past summer but when they text its very platonic. He eventually plans to continue his education in Ireland in a couple of years. But right now he is dating around, talking to others and going on dates. Says he likes me and enjoys spending time with me and im confused. Telling me that if a relationship forms by the time he leaves he would put a stop this the man in Ireland. I'm met with two things that are making me feel weird. 1 it seems that long distance was the issue between him and Ireland. Once he goes there what is stopping him from ending it with potentially me and going with him then. 2 I'm very keen on verbiage and how we communicate. I actually really like him and think he's extremely handsome and I communicate as such. Complimenting him and saying that "I want to see you, I want to hear you." Basically the difference is that I want him and don't feel that same feeling reciprocated. I know the answer is clear but reaching that decision is always a difficult process would love any general advice thank you so much
