I'm working on incorporating interesting fillings into Ezekiel Bread now. I started with the basics here: @nutella in a simple twisted, freeform loaf. I love this @wiltoncakes pan because it allowed me to see how much rise I'd get from this dough. The dough is my basic Ezekiel recipe: 2 Eggs 2T Olive Oil 1.5 C Water 3/4 C Lentil Sprouts (blended) 3.5 C Sprouted Wheat/Bread Flour in a 50/50 mix 3t Yeast Prepared & risen in bread machine. *The cool thing about this particular dough is the lentils were sprouted 50% faster and bigger than usual when I soaked them near music at 500hz #love and higher. The bread has been lighter and fluffier than any others I've done so far. This has been a typical day lately. I need to get out of my comfort zone and change it up. Super healthy but boring! Meal 1 was 1/2 cup egg whites with 1 whole egg on half brown rice wrap. Meal 2: 1 scoop Sun Warrior protein with 2 tbsp Pb2 and 1 medium chopped banana. Meal 3: 3 oz tempeh, artichoke and peppers with 2 tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes. Meal 3: 1 slice of Ezekial with 1/2 tbsp of pb and 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds.
