Day of Rest
On my day of rest, I did an extra workout :)
I felt like I needed to since I ate kinda bad yesterday. I had a BigMac for lunch, worked up in my mom's wood hauling sticks and stuff around, then she took me out for dinner to a mom and pop restaurant. I had a roast beef melt. I felt like crap after I ate that.
Today I drank Shakeology for breakfast and lunch to help with the extra caloric intake yesterday.
I'm soooo excited my BodyBugg comes tomorrow!! I think this will help me be a little more accountable for my eating. It will track my caloric intake and caloric burn for me. I am BAD at doing that myself on paper :(
Extra helping of lunch exercise for the week...
My office buddy suggested we bring in dumbbells and get an extra little work out in during the week so today we gave it our first go. Two laps around our the office building while doing arm exercises with the weights, then 10 trips up and down some stairs... a big set of lunges and some Frankenstein walks to finish it up. We must have done something because I ended up sweaty with noodle legs and arms. :) YAY!
After that workout, I feel so great. :)
.I went from 100, to 150 in a week. Every week I'm doing more crunches a day, until I can finally do 1000. I know I can!

so I went ahead and run/walked on the treadmill today too. thats an extra 169 calories according to the machine :)
