I woke up with extra spoons today! Hopefully I won’t pay the price tomorrow, but it’s nice to be able to do more than one or two things without needing a nap.
Today is going to be a good day
I feel it. Im going to make some hot cocoa, put on some music, and wait for my dad to get home. Then i have my thyroid ultrasound and labwork. I hope everyone has a spoon filled lovely day!!!

I'm not entirely sure where the extra spoons in my capacity to Do Things came from today, but they resulted in two loads of washing done and hung out, the kitchen a little tidier, the pile of shoes by the door sorted and put away, and me not being entirely drained at the end of the day by any one of those activities.
I will not question it. I am just grateful for the boost.
