Paraceratherium, one of the largest known land mammals. Growing around 15-17 feet at the shoulder, and weighing up to 15 to 20 tons, this extinct rhino relative was about the height of a giraffe, and was double the mass of an elephant.

Sketch of a Cave Hyena (Crocuta crocuta spelaea). An extinct subspecies of Spotted Hyena that roamed throughout Europe through Eastern Siberia. They were similar in many ways to their African Cousins but were significantly larger with the big females weighing in at around 225 lbs. Known prey included wild horses, woolly rhinos, and steppe bison.

Megaloceros giganteus, a large deer from the Pleistocene epoch, with antlers that grew up to 12 feet long from tip to tip, the largest of any known deer.
