Y’know, I was obsessed with Monster High dolls growing up, but I never knew the canon. Like, I read the bios on the back of the box, but never actually read or watched anything outside of that. Even then, I didn’t necessarily follow the bios either, if I read something I wasn’t a fan of, then I just mentally changed it and went on with my day. But now that I’m in the fandom again, I sometimes catch snippets of the actual canon from one of the movies, or webisodes, or books, or diaries. And just like…wtf did I miss??? Toralei, Meowody, and Purrsephone have been to jail? Holt was nearly publicly executed?? Spectra was murdered??? What was going on in the extended multiverse?? God, I’m so confused.
