To hear the deadliness drip from her tongue like honey, it made him eager to know the actions she was going to take to resolve the burning within her heart. There was a low chuckle as the two of them rested higher above those who strayed out in hopes to catch some lonely man for money. There was only so much she could ever take, only so much before the walls would break and all the festering anguish and anger inside her chest would pour out. She had been better, but now it was all coming apart.
