January Running
In a small town like Sai Kung, running has become more than fitness โ itโs community. There are familiar faces, quiet mornings, shared nods, and a sense that you're not alone in this. Some days itโs about health, some days itโs about clearing my head, and some days itโs simply about moving my body and having fun.
Through short, consistent, slow runs, Iโve lost 9kgs โ not by chasing speed, but by choosing sustainability. This journey isnโt about perfection or extremes. Itโs about building habits that last, enjoying the process, and letting progress happen naturally.
