BBQ jackfruit and jackfruit seeds. I was thrown off by the texture because I've been told this is similar to BBQ pork. You could easily sub for this but the texture is way different. Reminds me of Hawaiian pineapple pork ❤️❤️ sweet and yummy. The seeds are pretty tasty. Sorta like a potato 🥔. I bet I could google fun recipes with them.
