Been planning another trek (in two weeks time) and a bit excited...as always! π Will be heading through that gap on the left on the horizon, about 40km south. Then another 33km NNW and NW before going east again to El Calafate. Around 85km route through the Patagonian steppes past the foot "hills" of the Andes, and 2 nights camping.
