OOC
... fun fact.
It's not considered "changing plot mechanics" if you are choosing not to hear the story?
If you don't wanna hear the story of the character, that's fine. I won't tell you.
But just because you chose not to hear about it, don't expect me to not play my characters how they were written.
It's how they were written and has not and will not change unless I say specifically that it's changed, which wouldn't matter at this point if no one chooses to hear the story anyway-- just saying though it's not a "you can't change plot mechanics on the fly, it's rude/bad writing/under development" etc kind of a moment.
No...
It's uh, "You just didn't know it cuz you chose not to hear about it" kind of moment.
So no I'm not "changing plot mechanics" when I'm writing my OCs. Unless I say specifically that something has changed, they are being portrayed EXACTLY as I've written them FOR YEARS, friendly reminder-- I am not a newbie here and neither are my OCs, I'm a Tumblr and Hazbin writer veteran and have been here doing so for years. My first Hazbin muse ever was Angel Dust with an original follow count of 200+ Vox was second with Original follow count of 180, the Arackniss with originsl follow count of 170 Then came Val with original follow count of 169-- even my OCs had original follow counts of 60-80.
Point is not the followers, that has nothing to do with it, the point I'm making by bringing it up is "I've been writing Hazbin shenanigans here for a very long time." Like longer even before the show was approved and anyone even had a VA-- aka, A WHILE lol 😆if anything it's most others that are newer to the RPC than I am 😅
And in all that time, nothing has changed. Except for what I have openedly stated and updated that has changed. (And the fact that each of my original blogs were DELETED and REMADE) But I updated that too and the OGs I wrote with before followed me again lol. But what I'm saying is-- just cuz you didn't know certain parts or events I write in a plot with my characters when we interact, because you said you didn't want to hear about it, doesn't mean that it was changed to spite you. It's been there for many moons. But when you choose not to hear about it,c which is a choice, I will not force you, but it WILL leave you with plot holes. And confusion. Which later seems to make people mad and they decide not to interact anymore because I'm "changing plot mechanics"
Sorry. But that's not what it is 😅
PSA over...
