Health and walk
I started to combine my routine with something beneficial for my well being, for example break lunch with sport, or break time and socializing. Just trying to experiment how to optimize my day and time as where I am living safety is a luxury. Today, I started walking to go to work and while walking, to buy my fruit breakfast, check all my updates on email. Well walking in tropical place is pretty hot, I guess I need umbrella, plus it is not comfortable especially with crowded people but it is worth it to try for my body and to avoid traffic. So its good, I recommend.
