I'm starting a new weekly Pregnancy Yoga class at Zen Yoga in Camberwell, a nifty 5 minute walk from Denmark Hill station! Teaching pregnancy yoga is a real pleasure, especially witnessing the friendships formed and carried through to motherhood and all the shared and adventures! My classes are really relaxed, sociable, with regular after class decaf hang outs and a fantastic little chunk of your week dedicated to you and your baby.
