Scientists have modeled possible plant behavior on alien worlds
Summary if I understood the article right: plants are green in order to maximize their absorption of energy from a red sun. On a planet orbiting a brighter sun they'd be blue; orbiting a colder one, they'd be orange, and around a red dwarf star you might even get violet plants optimized for near-infrared light.
"The Cave" by Michael Marangoni.
"Ukzin Parasite" by Constantin Simion.
Another unearthly sight from Andrew Lincoln Nelson.
