I have gotten so far behind on my 2024 Conqueror Challenge that I'm going to do something a little cheat-y - I'm going to go to the gym in the community building for my condo and use the stationary bike to boost my mileage.
Unfortunately, walking may not be my best mode of exercise- my hips and lower back have been hurting a lot more (my feet don't hurt since I got the walking shoes) and early onset arthritis runs in my family. So I need to see what else I might do to change it up.
I think I'm going to ha e to start yoga/pilates again, my flexibility is going to shit...
