Schedule: Full time 40+ hrs. Monday through Friday  Some flexibility (weekend entertaining) About the family: One adult, one teenager Pets - Three large outside dogs Duties: - Meticulous Housekeeping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, clean kitchen appliances, wash windows, clean outside patio furniture, grocery shopping, some food prep. Dishwashing (machine and hand wash as needed), water and care for indoor plants. Must be well versed in the care of fine art, decorative objects, and furniture. (There is another part-time Housekeeper.) - Wine Cellar management, schedule vehicle maintenance, keep vehicles clean, maintain sports equipment. - Coordinate outside services (landscaping, pool maintenance, etc.) and ensure services are performed.  - Perform routine maintenance, i.e. keep filters changed and coordinate any repairs required. Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.  - Pick up teenager from school or sports practices as needed, occasionally take dogs to vet.  - Prepare principal for travel: pack and unpack suitcases.  - Oversee the move to new home, including coordination of transport and installation of fine art and furnishings. Qualifications: - The ideal candidate will be motivated, professional, energetic, discrete, possess a high degree of integrity, and be hard working.  - Must be highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments/tasks.  - Must be computer savvy and able to do internet research, produce spreadsheets and Power Point files, set up and maintain wine inventory on computer.  - Ability to perform physically demanding duties or chores.  - Ability to pass RIGOROUS background check.
