So I’ll never forget I was doing research for The Veiled Threat and I was writing an intimate scene between Shea and Jo and so I had some references up because I didn’t want to just draw from my own personal experiences I wanted to create something realistic and beautiful so I had about 5 tabs open all to do with sex and then two tabs at the end on how to cut off part of someone’s ears, bleeding time, could someone bleed out, etc.. Anyways I’m in the kitchen making a snack and I hear my husband go, “Bubba! I need to use your computer real quick I have to print something out!” I go “sure no problem!” And go back to making my sandwich.. then I remember 😳, I jumped over the dog gate, ran past living room through the hall to our bedroom and found him at my little office square staring at my computer 😂 he looks up at me and I’m trying to explain and he just goes, “that’s okay I’ll print it out later and calmly walks out of the room.
