ohhhh luckily they are still very much alive!! as for exact details, not quite sure if theyre still in galar or back in kanto (or otherwise traveling) though, but i'd have to imagine if she was present physically she'd be scolding him a lot more for giving people a hard time (but also relieved he's mostly just an annoyance and not mega evil). as things are, he can just tell her very...editorialized versions of his activities, and get all the praise with half the work.

A few bits and bobs from the side-blog. Dynamax (not Gigantimax) Grimmsnarl, and Hoopa. I've grown kind of fond of Hoopa - didn't like it one bit when I first saw it, but now it's managed to climb the heights of dork mountain to slap fight Darkrai for the honour of personal favourite mythical Pokemon. Though to be entirely fair this might be because throwing Hoopa through a Fetus(tm) filter turned out more successfully than it had any right to.

Propaganda : This villain needs a Pokemon that can present as suave and sophisticated, which I think Grimmsnarl could manage. But it was crucial that the Duke have a Pokemon that wouldn't care about his outbursts of anger, so I think Grimmsnarl would be a good fit.
