Don't worry, your memory isn't going ... you just have too many contacts to remember everyone! And there are plenty of people in your address book, email history and even your LinkedIn connections who you *just don't remember.*
SOLUTION: Check the CONTACTS TO REVIEW section on your call sheet a few times a week. It shows new contacts and people who have suddenly resurfaced after a long time:
By checking this section, you can prioritize new contacts while they're fresh on your mind. You can set a date to follow up, add a note about how you met, and connect on LinkedIn if you haven't already.
And contacts that you don't care about? You can skip or delete them altogether. You can also edit the contact and check a box to prevent Rexter from showing them in your Relationships to Develop section. It's at the bottom of this screen:
