On the most recent episode of King of Mask Singer, the identity of Big Red Bean Bread was revealed to be former Element member Hanbyul!
For his battle round, Hanbyul showcased his rap abilities in a cover Leesang’s “Clown”. After he failed to progress to the next round with a vote of 61-38 in favour of his opponent, he offered the audience a performance of “Ties” during his unmasking.
With his parting words Hanbyul took the opportunity to thank his former group’s fanbase in particular for their support throughout the years and for giving him the chance of celebrating his birthday like this, fulfilling a childhood dream of competing on the show. This appearance on King of Mask Singer was Hanbyul’s first individual variety appearance.
Element disbanded on May 13 after their last comeback with You.
